Introduction (GRR – I Do) (10 Minutes)
The teacher shows the pictures and tells the story with actions.
Teacher says:
- This is a mouse.
- It found a basket of corn.
- The mouse ate too much.
- Its tummy became big.
- It could not come out.
- A rabbit helped the mouse.

ELPS
- Listening: Listen to the story.
- Speaking: Repeat the new words.
- Reading: Read the words with the teacher.

Concept Building (GRR – We Do) (15 Minutes)
Teacher and students read the story together.
Teacher asks:

- What did the mouse find?
- What did the mouse eat?
- Who came to help?
- Did the mouse come out at once?
Students answer:
- The mouse was hungry.
- It found a basket of corn.
