ELPS

  • Listening: Listen to the teacher.

Concept Building (GRR – We Do) (15 Minutes)

Teacher and students observe the picture together.

Teacher asks:

  • What do you see?
  • Where are the children?
  • What is the boy doing?
  • What is the girl doing?
  • Do you like reading books?

Students answer:

  • I see books.
  • They are in a library.
  • The boy is reading.
  • The girl is taking a book.
  • Yes, I do.

Teacher explains:

  • We should read books every day.
  • Books are our good friends.
  • We should keep books clean.

ELPS Activities

  • Picture naming.
  • Repeat new words.
  • Pair speaking.
  • Read simple sentences.

Consolidation and Reinforcement (GRR – You Do Together) (10 Minutes)
