The teacher will begin with a discussion on natural disasters and safety rules. Students will share what they know about earthquakes. Then the teacher will introduce the lesson “Earthquake”.
Concept building:
- The teacher will read the lesson aloud with proper pronunciation and expression.
- Students will read the lesson paragraph by paragraph.
- Difficult words like announcement, microphone, electric wires, panic, and carefully will be explained.
- The teacher will explain the events that happened during the earthquake.
- Safety measures during an earthquake will be discussed in detail.
